TPU Filament

TPU filament is made of flexible thermoplastic polyurethane, like rubber. 3D Printer Filament TPU filament is very suitable for print keyrings, insoles, mobile phone cases, etc.It has excellent layer adhesion, very easy to print. TPU filament is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, good elasticity, anti-aging, color, no bobble.You can also print a variety of projects with TPU, such as shoe insoles, watch bands, phone cases, drone parts and so on.

We recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 195-205°C, bed temperature of 50-60°C, printing speed of 20-40mm/s(the slower the better).

Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.02mm.Advanced CCD diameter measuring and self-adaptive control system keeps the diameter accuracy of TPU wire within 1.75 +/- 0.02mm. It's compatible with short-range extrusion FDM 3D Printers using 1.75mm diameter filament.

Completely dried for 24 hours before packaging and vacuum sealed , smoother and more stable printing. Please store it into a re-sealable bag after ues to keep excellent printing performance.
